In the past 9 months dealing with Mycom Credit Union, I have had the pleasure of working with Rosemary several times and I could not be happier. Rosemary has helped me outside of business hours on more than one occasion and is super nice. I have found her easy to talk to, informative, and responsive. Also, others here have exhibited this helpful professionalism. No bank is perfect; however, I after reflection I can say that 99% of my interactions here have made me leave smiling - if that his not 5 stars, I do not know what is.

Chasity/Chastity/Whatever her name is = Rude, nasty, poor communication, would not allow me to speak with someone else who is respectful saying no one else was there - I called back in 5 minutes and there was certainly others there. Interrupted me over and over and treated me as though I was stupid saying blaming me for not understand HER communication as though she was not responsible for huffing and puffing, letting out long sighs, laughing, and not allowing me to ask the correct questions to understand her reason for calling since she would not let me talk. Reminding her that I am the customer and HER JOB is to be respectful didn't have any impact. She feels superior, all-knowing, powerful, with no fear of corrective action from management, not someone I trust, if she is receiving my payments, how do I know they will be submitted. I dont trust her so I no longer trust this bank.
