These people SUCK!!!!! After days of jumping through hoops proving I am a citizen; have a valid driver's license; pay my bills on time; etc. they declined my application and would NOT give a reason. I got a better rate elsehere so they can jam their rate you know where!

It wasn't all smooth. I needed to call, long wait times. In the end, I felt like the beta customer which isn't how you want to feel with a bank.
