Terrible bank. Very rude to their customers and treat you as if you are unimportant. I started a new job and my direct deposit did not go into effect yet. I deposited my paycheck 3 weeks in a row and on the 3rd week they decided to hold it. Let me add, during a pandemic. Also, I have been with them for over 5 years. I have had several issues with this bank and I am definitely going to switch to Sefcu. I only started using them because my last hospital that I worked at was very close to this bank. Terrible customer service, inexperienced management, lack of knowledge. I could go on. My advice to you..... go to a branch that has an established reputation.
