I have 5 other cd's at competing banks and have not had trouble. I tried 3 times today to open one w/ bradesco and it repeatedly declines my app after I input the code they sent me. Customer service was no help whatsoever as they told me the email they sent would explain why. Wrong again. Email informed me I was declined. Never try this bank again; same rates elsewhere.
