No such limits as referred to by Jonathan. Perfectly Happy with service and keep adjusting the rate!

They have a limit of no more than 2000.00 a day transferred in and no more than 10,000.00 per month transferred in. Their customeer service is not very knowledgeable of this online account either. I wanted to close it and it had 2 cents in the account and they told me I needed to go into a branch to close an online account. I live in california they are no where in this state. Very Disorganized.

I opened an account here last year. I have enjoyed getting a rate that is above Marcus, Ally or any of the better known names. What I have not enjoyed is having my mailbox flooded (and I mean flooded) with absolute nonsense offers for credit cards, mortgages, and other credit products. I've tried to opt out and cannot. It is just a terrible waste.

Had to apply 3x before finally being approved, was told to fund through a branch so it isn't really an online account (although it can be funded externally). Rate is attractive, but there are other banks with attractive rates and no nuisances. About 2 stars.

I cannot believe that I opened an account online and read all fo the documentation and only then learned that I cannot get a single penny into the account without going to a branch. On the positive side, the account opening process was straightforward other than this.

I will start with the good things. First, the phone support was easy to reach and the representative really tried to be helpful. That's it for the good things. Now the bad things. First, the website looks like it was designed by a 2 year old and the user interface is worse than any online bank or brokerage I have ever seen. I was trying to set my account up to fund externally and I ended up making all of my external accounts visible to Valley which may or may not create a security issue. Second, it ended up being impossible to fund the account through external ACH transfers, even though the website says that is how you fund an account. The rep says it just isn't possible today and that renders the account much less useful to me (and, I imagine, to most others). Third, when I try to contact online support with a question, I get a message saying that they have responded but I cannot even find their response. A response that I cannot see turns this into a phone account and not an online account. Overall, I would say that the intention is clearly there to have an online bank, but the effort is half-baked so far.

STAY AWAY! It is a front to obtain and sell your information. I fell into the trap of thinking that the rate was attractive. On $100,000, it amounts to about $50 more than I am currently getting at Ally. These New Yorkers have all of my info now and I never heard from them. Tried calling and they have no knowledge of my application.

I applied online, entering all of my information and received a confirmation of my application. I have a screenshot. Trial deposits were never received and funds never withdrawn. My money sat in the external account earning nothing while I waited. And waited. I called and after a lengthy hold was told that they had no record of my account. Based on this experience, i would said that it has an uncanny resemblance to a fishing operation that is trying to exact personal information, and does not at all appear to be a bank.
