Avoid!! They advertise locations as providing full service when that is incorrect. After months of waiting, we were made a select employer group a month or so back. One employee tried to open an account at their Forrest City location shortly thereafter. The lobby was permanently closed, so she filled out an application and turned it in at the drive through. She never heard a word back from them from them. When I received the complaint, I too tried to open an account and waited for days -- no response!

Attempting to complain to someone who actually cared was impossible. Their Marketing Officer did not return calls in a timely manner then accused me of not calling. Their Executive Vice President acted as if he had no idea of how their business is operated and referred me back to said Marketing Officer. The President couldn't be contact as she and all of the above listed officers were "in a meeting", which I later learned was not true.

Based on all of the above, I had my organization removed from their "Select Employer Group" listing. With service (or lack thereof) such as that, how could I trust them with my money or especially that of my employees?

Success U.S. Average
14.13% 13.93%
