As of 11/4/2025, the variable rate for new home equity lines of credit is Prime – 0.25% to Prime + 2.50% (6.75% APR to 9.50% APR). Your rate will not exceed 18.000% APR. Making minimum interest-only payments will not pay down your principal. An annual fee of $100 will apply every year after the first year from the date of funding.
