    I would never suggest getting a car loan thru this place 11 days ago I was told everything was good on my car loan after it had been repossessed an now they are trying to pick up my car again just paid 2100 for what?!? I was told July payment would be added to the end of my loan !! An my aug bill isn’t due til the 6th won’t send me any statements an hicked up my payments from 278 to 4something but can’t get a correct amount an everything I’m told is changed everytime I speak to Kim an she must only work full time cuz she is never in the office!!! Meanwhile I have a 7 year old with Duchenne muscle dystrophy an I’m a single mother who lost her job an they have no heart or kindness towards anything they are actually incredibly rude towards my situation and haven’t done nothing but hide up everything and make it incredibly impossible for me to keep my vehicle to take my son to appointments is the only reason I got the loan is make sure I can make it to Iowa city at a moment’s notice!! I would highly advise, going to another credit union!! This place has been unremarkably horrible do you know rude customer service, the disrespectful customer service, treating me like straight trash, and not fixing any of their wrongs, considering my first car payment was late because of their negligence of entering my account number wrong but I was just be OK with a typo affecting my credit score and has done nothing but thanks to my credit score throughout this experience no one cares they think I’m just here to get a free car or some thing but I’m worried about my credit score that they’re destroying let alone the way they’ve made me feel like I can’t afford my car like I don’t need my car like I am not going to be able to make the next payment why I would be able to if I would be able to know the next amount and I would like to see a statement sometime soon I haven’t seen one since May don’t know what any of my moneys going towards that I keep paying towards them they’ll get any sort of proof of anything and they don’t have to give me any proof they don’t even have to have any respect for me the repo company stole my gold jewelry in my center consul and put 2000 miles on my car but no one can say anything about that because I’m probably lying because I can’t afford anything and they’re doing everything in their power to make sure I can afford my car and they don’t even have any proof of why or what my money is going towards and they must only have just a few car loans because they’re very worried about mine 11 days ago. I paid it $2100 to them only 1500 was to them actually and 640 was the tow company that originally I wasn’t gonna have to pay anything to which was a lie. Everything Kim has told me has been a lie. Everybody else in the office does not have any accountability or does not care does not want help there customer there just crooks but that explains why there in a crime filled location!! You are what you surround yourself with. May God have mercy on their soul because at the end of the day you’re supposed to look out for the disabled you’re supposed to help them the most you can. This is unfortunate event for myself and my son and my three other children, we also wish that we had extra help and extra money, but impossible to keep the money flow coming in without a vehicle and when you have to hide your car is kind of hard because you’re going to have to pay a high market price I was told that somebody else had their car repo twice from there and they won’t even answer the phone, or returning their calls, which is extremely Horrible customer service won’t even send a piece of mail. Don’t even know what my monies went towards only part of my bill goes towards my bill. I don’t know what the rest of my money goes towards what I pay on my bill. I’ve recorded Kim’s phone calls to prove that I’m not full of shit like she treats me or tells me I’m disrespecting her when I am stating that she’s told me something different!! And they don’t care about your credit like most banks, like most bankers are very polite, wonderful, friendly people this bank does not hold the same standards as any other Bank I’ve ever even spoke with. I would not suggest coming here to anybody horrible horrible experience my last summer and my son being able to walk and this is what I’ve done to me all summer long we haven’t been able to do anything I’m too scared to actually start my new job because they’re probably gonna take my car away so I’ll probably lose that so I’m sorry compassion is not here so you better hope that you have everything to cover your ass because they’re gonna run you through the ringer because if you have enough they’re going to make it impossible as soon as you have paid a good chunk but mysteriously no one can explain why my bills higher than it started out to be when my interest rate was 7% who knows what it really truly and they can hike up and change anything on your villa anytime they want. Phone calls are unnecessary with them. They fill emails they’ll put in the wrong email addresses they can say they emailed you but never did!! Most places have guidelines I follow this place is a guideline free environment for sure they don’t have documentation or note in there systems what so ever
