Membership in Peoples Trust Credit Union is open to the following:

U.S. Government
Employees and pensioners of agencies of the U.S. who live or work in the State of Michigan, or who report to a federal agency headquarters located in the State of Michigan.

Any Government Employee in Macomb, Oakland or Wayne county
All state of Michigan, county, township, city and public school district employees in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb Counties are eligible to become members.

Anyone Who Lives, Works or Worships in Most of Wayne, Oakland, or Macomb Counties

Excluded are areas of southwestern Wayne, northern and western Oakland, and northern Macomb counties. These specific communities of each county are eligible for PTCU membership:

Employees of Sinai-Grace Hospital, Detroit, Michigan, and its satellite facilities.

North Rosedale Park Civic Association
Residents of the North Rosedale Park neighborhood of Detroit. The area boundaries are: W. McNichols Ave, Southfield Freeway, Grand River Ave, and Evergreen Rd.

Evergreen-Lahser/7-8 Mile Community Council
Residents of Detroit within these boundaries: Evergreen Rd, 7 Mile Rd, Lahser Rd and Eight Mile Rd.

Family Membership
Anyone related to a PTCU member by blood or marriage, regardless of where they live or work in the U.S. The signature of the PTCU member is required to establish the validity of the relationship.

Retirees
Anyone over age 55 (or younger, if on disability retirement) who receives a retirement annuity, pension, social security, or other retirement payment from private or government sources and lives in, or belongs to, a retirement organization located in Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, St. Clair, Lapeer, Genesee, Livingston or Washtenaw counties.
