    Agree with "Cannot recommend", this is a bricks and mortar bank with a very limited online presence.

    I applied 5 days ago. I have perfect credit. Got a letter back saying that they were unable to verify my credit with Equifax. I have never dreamed of being rejected for a savings account and have nothing more to say (speechless).

    Online CDs 12 Month Rates

    This is not an online bank. It is a Massachusetts bank discriminating against Massachusetts residents by trying to offer higher rates to outsiders. But, their online capabilities are a joke. Please remove from the online table and return this to the Mass. table.

    Online CDs 24 Month Rates

    The rate caught my attention. I see a 1-year early withdraw penalty on a 2-year CD. No go. Wouldn't touch. Good bye.

    I read it as saying 6 months. What I see that is ridiculous is that I cannot open it because I live in Rhode Island. Massachusetts residents also excluded.

    Online CDs 24 Month Rates

    Have had a checking account with them for a few years and have been very happy. Have had a few issues with the mobile app, but luckily they've always been resolved fairly quickly. I've pretty much never had a hold time when I've called in either which is nice. Just opened the 24-month cd after seeing the rate. I hadn't even realized this is an add-on cd, so that was a nice added bonus. Looking forward to throwing even more money into this whenever I can!

    Online CDs 24 Month Rates

    Saw the great 2-year rate here this morning and jumped at it. Have accounts with all of the big boys and never had a problem. I always very carefully review the applications. Got this message: "We apologize for the inconvenience, but there is a problem with the accuracy of the information you provided." Called just now, reached someone by phone who couldn't tell me the problem, but said I could reapply. No thanks! I'll stick with the folks who really know how to do online banking.

    Online CDs 21 Month Rates

    Stay away unless you want hassles just to open the account. We've opened other on-line accounts with the usual ID material with no problems. We have FICO scores in the low 800's, never have paid a bill late, never bounced a check, yet ultimately i was declined. Never been declined before. It is an ID problem they told me.....that is garbage (my wife and I are in our seventies and have live here for 10+ years and passed all their on-line security questions and I even offered to furnish additional ID information and they said "no"). Stay far away unless you want hassles.

    Opening an account here was the most frustrating thing in my life. Would highly advise that you mark this one as a Boston bank. They are not internet ready.
