It took 4 times contacting this back to get a simple stop payment done. It end up costing over $100 because of their inability to take care of it after the first contact.
This is a terrible bank. The employees are rude and do not care. The auto lender ratio is very high, which could affect their bottom number. Don’t use this bank, there are other stable banks in the area to choose from.
