    This was formerly First Trade Union bank. Use Ally, Barclays, Synchrony or some bank that provides a certain level of service.

    I had the same problem as Jason. The reason for my rejection was there were more than 2 hard pulls on my credit and that automatically results in a rejection. You have to wait 3 days for the system to clear before reapplying again.

    Savings Rates

    Avoid this one at all costs. Only after filling out all of your information and clicking submit do you discover that they are doing a hard credit pull on you, and then a day later you are going to get rejected for a savings account on the grounds that some two-bit credit agency couldn't match you with their records. Save yourself the time and the trouble. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
