• The new customer will have $75 deposited into their account within ten business days after the first direct deposit goes through.
• The additional $50 will be put into the new checking account once the new customer has completed five debit card transactions.
• If you close your account within six months after opening it, the bonus money will be taken out.
• The bank reports the $125 bonus as income to the IRS on a 1099-NT form so be sure to make note of this when doing your taxes.

The Pacific Crest Bank is also offering a high-interest rate checking account without a reward. When you open a new checking account with at least $10,000, you can get 1.50% APY.
