2/3 of Women Willing to Marry for Money

Would you marry for the money? The WSJ.com just reported on some interesting findings from a survey of 1,134 people nationwide with incomes ranging between $30,000 to $60,000. The results are pretty surprising.

When asked: "How willing are you to marry an average-looking person that you liked, if they had money?" two thirds of women and half of men asked said they would be "very" or "extremely" likely.

• The average price that men and women demand to marry for money is $1.5 million.
• 61% of men in their 40s said they would marry for money.

So if you've got only average looks and want to marry a supermodel, you can buy one for about $1.5 million.
