What will be more catastrophic? North Korea, Trump, or a 50% Drop in Sperm Count

North Korea could change reality in the United States in a New York minute. It is now generally accepted that they will have the capability of launching an intercontinental missile equipped with a nuclear bomb and hitting mainland United States within the year.

Mr. Trump is likely to continue to change American reality for as long as he is in the White House. Or, more likely, Mr. Trump could so mismanage the economy or international affairs such that the country we have known since 1776 is no longer.

The sperm count of men worldwide could continue to drop precipitously and pave the way in another couple of decades to the human extinction. The BBC has reported that 175 studies worldwide between 1973 and 2011 strongly point to an under the radar and hugely serious drop of over 50% in only forty years in the sperm count of English speaking males worldwide.

There is little likelihood that the drop would be any less dramatic for males from other parts of the world.

With realities such as these, it’s well past time to uncork the champagne and celebrate the moment. There has never before been such a stark confluence of realities, each demonstrating how fragile the life we know really is, and all three together pointing to how urgently we need to come to terms with and do something about reality today.
