Here are my 10 tips for saving money and living a healthier life. If you follow these, I guarantee you will lose 20 pounds, save thousands of dollars per year, and be a happier person. As a bonus, my sex drive increased 110% after I started following these 10 points. If you don’t believe me, well, that’s your problem �. My husband is in heaven.

Here are my 10 tips for saving money and living a healthier life.  If you follow these, I guarantee you will lose 20 pounds, save thousands of dollars per year, and be a happier person.  As a bonus, my sex drive increased 110% after I started following these 10 points.  If you don't believe me, well, that's your problem J.  My husband is in heaven. 

Regina's 10 Tips for Living a Healthier, Wealthier, and Sexier Life 

  1. Leave the car at home and walk.  Get your #&&^%#$ off the chair.
  2. Eat fish and limit your intake of red meat to no more than 1X per week.
  3. Work close to home.
  4. Skip the gym - Cut your own grass and do your own lawn work.
  5. Get a house with stairs
  6. Open your windows and turn off the AC - only relevant in Northern states.
  7. Hang your cloths on a line to dry - they come out whiter and it saves on drier cost.  To hell with what the neighbors think.
  8. Get rid of cable, walk to the library, and pick up some books to read.
  9. Get a high interest savings account at an online bank.
  10. Get rid of your Blackberry or any other device that intrudes on your normal life.

 

Bonus tip: Do at least 10 push-ups and 30 sit-ups every morning.

That's it.  If you do this, within one week you'll start to notice a difference.  Within two weeks you'll feel like a new person.  Within three weeks you will be a new person.

    Rubbish. My husband says that I am great in bed because I work out 4x a week. I can't see any of these other things helping.

    these are great. I do most of them and my sex life is terrific.

    They seem sensible enough although I don't know about the sex life part. I think #3 is particularly important. Commuting is awful.
