This is a $450 card and you cannot reach an operator - in taiwan or anywhere - in less than a hour! Like everything else with Citi, customer service sucks!

Read about this card on one of the other blogs, probably Points Guy. The fourth night free hotel benefit has been very disappointing. You need to book through Mastercard with long hold times to reach reps in India or Sri Lanka. Found I was wasting my time and cancelling the card.

The card racks points faster than the Sapphire so if you like any of the redemption opportunities, this is the better card. Prestige also has a host of benefits but costs $450.
