Their online interface is circa 2004. They limit the number of accounts you can set up for ACH. And they sit on ACH transfers.... for days. Not sure if the good rates are worth it.

Be aware, when cd comes due, they mail a check to your home which takes 7-10 business days. That is a long time to have money not drawing any interest.

CFG overs very competitive Interest rates on their High Yield Savings account. I did everything ONLINE and have not had any issues with their service.

I've been with this bank for 6 months and have not had any problems. Bill pay works good. The 24 month investing CD is another vechile I use. Rates are above average considering the national rate. I'd recommend this bank.
